Cole & Isaiah - The Jedi & The Lego Master
This was the biggest project that we have taken on yet. Craig the DAD, happened to be standing behind me in line at a Papa Murphys one day and saw our logo on my hat and the truck outside. He called his wife Megan to look us up on line and see what we are all about. Coincidentally Megan saw us one day driving by at our Gift Card Giving event a month or so later and decided to stop and say hi and we are so glad she did. She asked a bunch of questions and the one that stuck out was "would you guys ever be up for doing just a play room that not only her two Autistic boys could enjoy but her other 3 children as well. Right there we knew this was a family that could really use our help. The Haskins have 5 children whom Isaiah one of the oldest is a triplett along with his two sisters Ellison and Oakley.
Isaiah has Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and Non Compliance. Their younger brother Cole also has ADHD, Impulse control, and Autism ASD level 2. They also have a little brother Roland and another sibling on the way this next year. After looking at the space and meeting the family we thought doing one room would just not be enough so we decided to do a full basement Remodel. Not only did we do the playroom but also the living room hallway and bedroom that the two boys shared. Isaiah is big into Legos and Cole loves Baby Yoda "Grogu" so of course our bedroom theme was a mix of both.

Our Bedroom Makeover Plan
In the playroom we built a carpet ball table, fort and hung a bunch of fun ninja wheels, monkey bars and rings for the kids to get all their energy out on. The family living room which was never used but now is utilized every day with a new 60" flat-screen tv, a couch donated by our friends from Whitaker Furniture and an awesome art table area that all the kids can enjoy and create many memories at. We added new light fixtures throughout the whole basement and in the hallway that had no lighting at all. The coolest part of this build had to be the Murphy door "secret book case" that we installed in the boys room that opens up to the room under the stairs. I can't explain how amazing the reaction was when they saw that. We had such an amazing crew on this build and we are so blessed that the Haskins are now part of the SDSN family.
